JR DIVISION NEWSLETTER UPDATE GUIDELINES

1.     It is the responsibility of the Jr. Division board to communicate with the general membership using the newsletter.  This will encourage parents to bring their children.  

2.     The board will decide what information should be included in the newsletter.

3.     Fill out the NEWSLETTER UPDATE FORM and present it to the Newsletter writer within 1 week of the meeting to ensure its inclusion in the following newsletter.

4.     Include items such as fundraisers, upcoming events, dates of rides, the next guest’s topic and required equipment, updates for ongoing issues, election results, etc…
