Page 12 - Schedule for the Capitol Budget interim committee meetings on December 2-3, item 3 "Management of Public Lands."

Page 15, "Public Lands Management" project plan for the CB committee.  The project goal is "Educate the committee regarding public lands, particularly trust management topics."  One of the statements is "These issues generally involve the duty to manage the trust lands for the interests of the beneficiaries versus the interests of the general public . . .."  If BCHW wants input into the development of the presentation, it better get busy.  This will probably touch on capital improvements/maintenance of recreation sites on state lands.

Page 46 - Schedule for Fisheries, Ecology and Parks interim committee meeting on December 2, "Habitat and Land Management."

Page 49, "Habitat and Land Management" project plan for the FEP committee.  The project goal is "Review state policies and programs for managing habitat and wildlife areas."  The key statement to BCHW in this one is "The Committee will conduct a work session and public hearing during the December Committee Assembly to examine the Department of Fish and Wildlife's policies and programs for managing habitat and wildlife areas, including issues such as access to public land."
